The Woodrat 25 & 12 Mile Mountain Bike Race
Race the rat!
Your Course: 25 mile endurance or 12 mile division. A mix of double track and single track riding in the pristine Panhandle National Forest by Priest Lake Idaho. Course single track has sections of low chain ring climbs, some fast downhill, groves of HUGE cedar trees, and lots of turns. Mountain top views of the Selkirks and Priest Lake. Trail is a mix of smooth cut single track tread with some rock and roots. Course is for intermediate rider skill or better, no crazy rock jumps or boulder fields, but quick turning sections of single track for confident riders.
Camp, Race, Hangout!
Great camping and lodging by course: CAMP AT LUBY BAY USFS CAMPGROUND on the shore of Priest Lake .5 miles away on same road as start line or stay at Hill’s Resort. (ride to the start!) Additional camping at USFS Outlet and Osprey Campgrounds 4mi. from start on same road to start line.

Post-Race Awards and Finisher’s Party starts around 11:30ish prize drawings, beer garden, music, good times to celebrate your day. Hang out on a Saturday afternoon at Priest Lake!

RACE DAY CHECK IN OR REGISTRATION at Hill’s Resort Tennis Court office by Hill’s Resort Sign at entry to resort. Parking in big lot on corner of Luby Bay Rd/West Lakeshore Rd.
